Khandsari is a traditional Indian sugar that is made by boiling and evaporating sugarcane juice. Unlike refined sugar, Khandsari retains a lot of the natural molasses and minerals from the sugarcane, which gives it a rich, caramel-like flavor and brown color.

Organic Khandsari sugar is made from sugarcane grown without the use of synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, or chemicals.
It’s produced in a more eco-friendly and sustainable manner compared to conventionally grown sugarcane.

Unlike white sugar, which goes through a refining process that strips away nutrients, Khandsari retains many of the nutrients found in the sugarcane.
